Project summary

Help families return home after Hurricanes Helene and Milton by serving with SBP. SBP is a national social impact organization dedicated to helping communities shrink the time between disaster and recovery by rebuilding homes, increasing preparedness and resilience, and improving systems to better serve the needs of all Americans, everywhere.

Opportunity description

Manage client intake, recruit volunteers, rebuild homes, and be a project leader for long-term disaster recovery in Tampa, FL. Help families impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton by serving with SBP for 10 months. Devastating storm surge and flooding impacted thousands of individuals, and you can help bring them home.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements

High school diploma, US citizen, and 17 years old.

Preferred qualifications
